Hands down the best eye clinic I've ever been to. I had such a wonderful experience. I hadn't had an eye exam in over 10 years. I have been having issues with my eyes for quite some time, but kept putting off getting them checked out. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from Sadie. She got me all checked in and walked me to the waiting area. Cassie then brought me back to a room for pre-testing. I was having a hard time keeping one of my eyes open for a portion of the test, but she was extremely patient with me. Through the entire pre-testing process, Cassie made conversation with me and even had me laughing. She was also explaining the purpose of each test in a way I could understand. After the pre-testing, Dr. Chabin brought me back to the exam room. I am not being exaggerative when I say she has the brightest smile and made me feel so comfortable. During the exam, she was asking me many questions about the issues I've been experiencing with my eyes. At the end of the exam, Dr. Chabin explained in depth detail (in a manner I could understand) what is going on with my eyes. She also explained how it causes the symptoms I was having, how the glasses lenses actually work, and how they will make it so I can see well again. Most definitely the best Optometrist I have ever had! Next, I was greeted by Kyle, who explained my best option for a glasses frame with the insurance I have. I tried on multiple frames and Kyle was honestly such a huge help. He was honest about how each frame looked, explained how important it is to select a pair that properly fit my face and the bridge of my nose. We chose my frame together, and I totally love it! When it came time to decide which lenses I wanted, Kyle was so knowledgeable, and perfectly described the difference and purpose of all the different lenses. There were so many options, but Kyle asked the perfect questions in order to get to know me a little better, and that ultimately helped choose which lenses were the best choice for ME. Kyle was able to get me ready to go pretty quickly! Shortly after I left, I was AMAZED to get a call letting me know that my glasses were ready to be picked up!! When I arrived to pick them up, Kyle was actually the one to help me out again. The frame was pretty tight around my ears, but Kyle adjusted them perfectly so they are comfortable to wear. My ENTIRE experience with Pearle Vision in Elk River was phenomenal. The whole staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. After the pleasant eye exam and experience I had of getting my first pair of glasses, I will never go to another eye clinic again!

I appreciate the care and professionalism of all of their staff, especially Anna who helped me revise a prescription recently. She was very kind and seemed very skilled at her job. I returned today to have my frames adjusted slightly and Jody was very helpful. I’ve always been greeted promptly and courteously by their reception team. There’s no question that I will continue to rely on them. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

My dog ate my sisters new glasses that she had for less then a month and they were completely covered despite not having paid for the warranty. I wouldn’t go anywhere else except for here. Great place.

This establishment is absolutely wonderful to deal with. I have been doing business with the owner Gary since the late 1980's. He treats all of his customers with dignity and respect and always remembers you. You don't feel like you're just a number. All of the people working there are professional and helpful. Saw a new Dr Gill, and she made me feel as if she'd been seeing me for years making me feel comfortable right away. The store manager Brenda is very welcoming to customers. I highly recommend this establishment and have done so to others

I have always had a good experience at Pearle Vision Elk River. Dr. Gill is friendly and very good at explaining my eyesight changes and needs. Kyle helped my wife and I choose new frames and lenses, and actually his first suggestions turned out to be the ones we picked. Our new glasses arrived quickly too!
