Nothing quick about it. I’ve been here three times in the last week and been told every time the wait was anywhere between 2 and 4 hours. I attempted to call today and got no answer so made the drive and was told anywhere from 2 to 3 hours again. They also don’t take appointments on Saturdays, And will tell you flat out that their schedule is booked out weeks in advance. When the work has been completed in the past, it has been quality, but waiting three hours for an oil change is asinine. If you need oil change or any service, you better be l aware of it a full month in advance. The folks at the front desk are always nice and apologetic. Unfortunately, my business will now go elsewhere.

We started to use Quick Lane regularly the past few years because of their consistent customer service. Wait times have always been decent and we have found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and prices are decent. My recent experience adds to their five star service. After getting our Pacifica serviced for an upcoming trip, I drove home and immediately started to hear a new noise coming from the front tire. I pulled in my driveway (only a few miles away) and my warning light came on indicating no tire pressure. I drove back and the Quick Lane Manager Ross Erickson greeted me “what’s wrong, you just left”. I told him what happened and he personally took in the van ahead of the waiting cars. He also took care of the problem himself. Apparently, I ran over a large metal object that made the noise and a large puncture in my tire. He did it quick and NO Charge with a smile. Awesome customer service. As I told him, we will be back with all of our vehicles. Thanks Ross.

I brought my 2017 Kia Sorento here for a quick oil change. The inside was packed, but I was still greeted within seconds of walking in. The person working up front (April?) was very professional and pleasant. She did a great job explaining the different services and how each was. I was able to get my car checked in and walk out the door within a few minutes. On top of that, she explained that this was my 5th oil change so that this one was on the house!
Service was fast, thorough, and professional. Highly Recommend this place if you need an oil change!

I set up an appointment in advance for a synthetic blend oil and filter change on a Ram 3500 Cummins diesel. After waiting 20 minutes I'm notified that they don't have synthetic blend. Only conventional or full synthetic...for $60 more. Running short on time it was full synthetic.

The new Quick Lane building is amazing. They have more bays to work from. It seems like they get vehicles in and out a lot faster. Last time I was in they mentioned a free pickup and delivery service that is available. I will definitely have to look into that next time!
