Fantastic service. Everyone was very nice, and we loved the text updates along the way! They even sent us a report showing what was wrong with the car (including pictures) and what they recommended fixing. We will definitely be back again!

I am a new customer at SBR and just had a major repair to my Chevy Equinox. The service I received was excellent and my car is running like when new! I researched car repair service in my area and chose SBR because of the many positive reviews and the fact the business also took time to reply to the comments. The service manager went above and beyond to help me out with transportation issues while my car was being repaired! Hands down the best mechanics I've worked with. Incredibly professional, understanding, quick, and knowledgeable, and insured that even after my visit, everything was running smooth as time went on, with options to get anything fixed that needed it. Andrew and his team of professionals at SBR are great to work with. Timely, Efficient, Knowledgeable and a fair price. I really appreciate their knowledge before they do the work on my car so I know what’s actually going on with it. They go against the stereotype of the mechanic who will fix something that’s “broken” before telling you and charge you an arm and a leg for it. Went in to get my oil changed, tpms sensor replaced, and a engine filter installed. I greatly appreciate the mechanics there allowing me to hang in the shop, and pointing out the minor issues that needed to be repaired. Turns out I needed a differential fluid change a little worse than I anticipated. Even though it took 2 trips to a dealership to get the right size ring for the front differential drain bolt, I more than appreciate you guys going the extra 100 miles back and forth twice. Suzie almost runs like a new car now, you got yourself a repeat customer, 10 out 10. And sorry about hanging out in the shop, I take any opportunity I have to learn how to take better care of my vehicle, and hopefully not be a nuisance. A lot of times I would fix issues on my car myself if I have the tools, and resources to do it, however Subaru made my car a bit challenging.
Update, and boy oh boy, I should have just had you guys do all 4 of the TPMS sensors to begin with. They don't make quality like they use to, again, I greatly appreciate you guys for explaining how these TPMS sensors work. It kinda sucks Subaru got cheap with those lithium batteries in the sensors though. I know of a couple of different mechanics I could have brought my car into. However, they would have chargee almost double what it cost to get the 3 sensors replaced at SBR. With that being said, huge thanks for being more than fair on the price, and labor. You still got yourself a repeat customer, and 10 out 10 service.

I brought my vehicle in as it had a few error codes and was making a knocking noise while driving. This shop was recommended to me by a friend, so I called them and they got me in right away. All of the staff were very professional and helpful throughout my entire experience and my car is running great! The pricing was good, they got my car fixed fast and the experience was excellent. I had a great experience at SBR! I brought in an old vehicle with multiple problems and the team at SBR was able to repair all of them. Not only that, they test drove the vehicle and quality checked their work! Service was timely and they met all commitments they made. They also support local high school sports teams and have a good commitment to the community. I highly recommend SBR!
