“Caution Folks: Google Maps took me to a Walgreens for FedEx. Don't do it! If you spend your time parking & wandering around the store, it is by the photo area & is NOT a full service FedEx location ! ! ! No one there knew anything about FedEx. Continue winding thru the parking lots on Carson St past Chipotle, etc & a myriad of strip mall business to the south end of this grouping of buildings & you will see the real, full service FedEx on the right (if you're wandering around the parking lots like I was looking for the place). Don't even waste your time stopping at the Walgreens location like Maps directed me. Hope this helps you not waste Your time!”

“I embarrassingly sent a package to an old address in Elk River. Now being a Duluth resident, I was obviously worried that I would never see said package. Fortunately enough, Jill at the office, as well as the delivery driver who was en route to deliver the package, were gracious enough to stop the delivery and hold the package for me until I make a trip down. Communication was great, as Jill was able to intercept the package in a timely matter AND call me back letting me know they got the package back to the office. Thank you for all you do at the post office!”
