The two folks who did our pedis were AWESOME. They were careful with our feet and toes. They also asked how short we wanted our toenails, which, in my experience, doesn’t always happen.

I took my granddaughter to get her nails done and this is what happened. It's eating away her nail. Don't go there!
It was January 22nd. I can't remove it cuz it's her actual nail.

The duration of the pedicure was exactly 14 minutes. Not sure if it's worth 50 dollars. Disappointed.

Phoebe is amazing at what she does! I'm always happy when I leave . She is very sweet and knows her clients. I like my nails shorter as I work in water alot. She always shapes them so well.

I had a great experience, I had acrylic nails with dip polish that would not come off, the patience of my tech was amazing! She worked for an hour just getting them off. I did not get the nails done there, they were done in Reno, NV so don’t criticize Turbo Nails on that part.

Got my nails done today and this is what they look like a few hours later. I did not receive any cuticle care which I thought was weird. They look awful. I also paid extra for the almond shape but they look more round. This was $60.

Shop was very clean but I was made to wait when I showed up early for my appointment. A walk-in was helped before me. One nail is peeling and when I called the next day they said they could fix it but I would have to pay. I have never had gel peel before. Just won’t go back. Update: this was absolutely Turbo in Otsego. BTW, I went to my normal shop and was told your lights may be old and so my nails did not cure properly. Maybe check your units
