The Zagg screen protector is very scammy. $60 to buy then $10 replacements which they don’t tell you, rather they say it’s easy to get a replacement online. Go to Amazon for a 3 pack for $7. I tried to return and they said no. Won’t be going to this store again.

There are two managers here that are my absolute favorite, Dylan and Mike. I have returned back to this store three times this month setting up my new upgraded phone, I'm not very techy so I need a little extra help getting things set up. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!! They are always so kind and helpful! Everyone at this store is great but those two are my favorite! I will permanently be coming back here when I need support because of them! If I could, I would give 100 stars because of Dylan and Mike! Way to go guys! You're my new besties and I couldn't be more thankful for your support and kindness! Totally worth driving thirty minutes to see these guys!

I purchased a phone here and phones are supposed to be able to be returned within 30 days. I came in with connectivity issues 3 weeks later, twice in the week. I was told it was SIM card issue or just needed a connectivity refresh. It seemed to fix issues short term, but a few days later would run into the same issues. I'm now at the 60 day mark, with a phone that constantly won't make a call, get text messages etc. I went in and asked for a replacement - and was told, sorry it's past the 30 day return policy window!! What a crock. I came in with the issues prior to the 30 day window, and now they are saying sorry, nothing we can do! So I've got a phone I paid hundreds of dollars for, and I've been paying monthly service, for a phone that doesn't work. I seriously don't understand how this is OK. I was given an option to work with Samsung on their extended warranty window, which entails mailing your phone in for 7 days with no replacement option available, or going thru a process of taking it to a local repair shop and then potentially still having to mail in for 7 days. Verizon has phones available that they could give as an alternative to use during this repair time, or could even swap out - but neither Verizon or Samsung is offering this as a solution. I would love to just start over and buy a different phone with a different provider, but they have me backed into a corner since I spent hundreds of dollars on a brand new device. How is this OK?!

I recently moved, so I needed to update My Verizon profile. Change of address and a new account for my auto monthly payment. I tried to do it with the Verizon app, but it just went in an endless circle. It is very difficult to speak to a person with Verizon, but I finally managed to contact a representative. She updated my address, then tried to walk me through the process of changing the account for the monthly payment using the Verizon app. Same result, software just went in an endless loop. Today I drove 10 miles to the nearest Verizon store , I dealt with the manager of the store. He was able to update the information for my monthly auto payment. I got no apology for my inconvenience and it would've been impossible for him to care less. I have looked into canceling my contract. I got a $700 trade-in for my iPhone 7 to purchase an iPhone 13 promax. The representative said if I wanted to opt out of the contract, all I had to do was pay off the phone. The iPhone was priced at $1200. I could've bought one online for $1,000, so that's a $200 overcharge. What they don't tell you is if you want to opt out of the contract, the $700 trade-in is no longer applicable. So I'm back to a $1200 phone. I have been a long time Verizon customer. The customer service gets worse every year. I regret buying this phone, I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with Verizon. Buyer beware! I got a reply from Verizon asking me to fill out a resolution form on smartsheet. That app is $14.00 a month. Another example of the stellar customer service from Verizon!

Customer service has been horrible. I don't generally like leaving reviews but I am angry about this one. After having service for years with Verizon, my husband switched us from a personal account to be considered a business account with his business. Within days, my husband's phone broke after he had had it for over a year. When he went in to get a new one, they said because the account was now considered a 'new' account, there was some sort of waiting period and he could not just come in and get one replaced. He drives a truck for a living so he needed a phone. They told him he could get a tablet with internet and use that?! Which of course is more added onto the bill... After being ignored the second time when he went in for a 'scheduled' appointment window like between 1 and 2pm yo get a new phone, he gave up and went and got a phone and new account at Tmobile. Meanwhile, the rest of our family still has active phones attached to the old account with a tablet not being used that only he has access to but cant resolve while he is traveling. It has been a disaster. I will be shopping for a new provider after this. I am so frustrated by this experience.

The manager Brett was extremely helpful with my past bill and answering questions about coverage in Utah, I made a switch to t-mobile to save money and let me just say, you definitely get what you pay for - don't do it if you can. I really appreciate your patience and kindness Brett.

Although I've been happy with Verizon's phone SERVICE for years, my experience lately in trying to buy a new phone has been - their phone stores suck. Majorly. This is the third one I've tried this week and as always a guy met me at the door with a clipboard, took my name and said "someone will be with you shortly." Yeah right. There were three customers in the store, each with a salesperson helping. The guy who checked me in, meanwhile, wandered over to one of the others and stood there looking over his shoulder for the next 15 minutes as the salesperson talked to his client. It was a textbook illustration of "one to hold the bulb and three to turn the ladder." BUT I kept waiting, and then the guy who checked me in went into the back and spent the next several minutes in what looked like idle conversation with another guy who was, I guess, just disinclined to come out and help anyone. I don't know if Verizon thinks it adds panache to their wares, to have such crap customer service, but when I walk in knowing I want a $1200 phone and am willing to pay for it right now, you'd think someone would at least take the trouble to take my money.

To me, buying new phones and getting new service is not something I look forward to. But Blake was very, very helpful and offered great service. Thumbs up!!

It's not. "How can I help you" but " hi, I won't help you". I am repeatedly told you should do this online. I don't want to do it on line. I want to walk in, get it done and go home. I have been here twice for help. Got the same unhelpful employee both times. I will not be back. I will drive 15 miles the wrong direction to Best Buy before I come back here.

If you like to make an appointment only to sit in your car for an hour, by all means, go here. After reading the reviews, maybe I should be thankful I never got into the store. Not going back. Maybe even switching from Verizon....

I also wish I could rate this store a 0. In October I went to this store to move 6 lines from Sprint to Verizon. I was told by their salesperson that I would receive a $200 rebate for any lines we purchased new phones for and $250 for any lines that we brought our own phones to. We purchased 4 phones which should have been $800 in rebates and we had 2 lines where we brought phones with from Sprint which should have been $500 in rebates. I triple checked this several times with the Salesman because it seemed too good to be true. Well apparently is was ... I only received 2 of the 6 rebates for the 2 iPhone 11's we purchased. I went back to the store and spent over an hour working with another Salesperson and with the General Manager, Skye. I was told that 2 of the phones we purchased were not covered under the rebate program. I was not told that by the salesperson, when we he sold me the phones. The GM, Skye told me the phones were too cheap for the $200 rebate but he said he would give me a $100 credit for the 2 phones because of the misunderstanding/lie I was told. It is now a couple of months later, and not only have I not received the credits but I was charged an additional $200 in chargebacks for the credits that I had not received. When I followed up with Skye, he said he did not even remember talking to me. Really, I spent over an hour with him. Then he said he would issue the credits and follow up with me weekly to let me know if I got the credits ... he didn't do that either. He also told me that he could back date the rebates and reapply for them for the 2 phones we brought with us ($250 each). First he told me the rebate was only $150 (not what I was told originally). Then he said they were $200 (also not what I was told). I have asked him repeatedly about those rebates, but he doesn't even acknowledge my question (we have been communicating via text). I thought that Sprint had horrible service, but I have never been treated so poorly by ANY company. I can guarantee that as soon as I can, I will be leaving Verizon!!

If I could rate a "0" I would. This store in Elk River, MN provided me with the worst customer service, I have ever had! On 7/13/2019 I walked in with my 7 month old and 9 year old son. I was greeted and told the rep that I wanted to switch from iphone to an Android phone. I specifically said I needed a phone that took square ratio photos because I needed it for my work. My iphone takes a square ratio photo and that was the only reason I had stayed with it so long, so it was important my new phone had it as well. He immediately brought me to the Google phones. He explained the Google ones and Samsung were similar as far as features and they were all android. I asked him again if the Pixel 3 we were looking at had the square crop, he went into the settings and showed different ratios and said see there are a lot of options here i'm sure its in there, you just have to play with it. He did not go ask anyone to confirm just told me yes. Because I had my kids with me and didn't want my smallest one to start getting fussy, I just decided on the Google Pixel 3, and trusted in him that the feature was on that phone. We went to check out and he scanned the box for the phone then just handed it to me. I was confused because I thought the representative took the phone out and activated it for you, or at least opened the box?! He said you have to turn the phone on and it will bring you through the prompts to activate the phone with the last 4 of my social. Things must have changed since I last bought a phone with Verizon, because to let someone walk out the door without confirming the phone is activated and works, seems like the worst customer service. I left, got my kids into the car, drove off and parked and got out at my next destination to start the activation process. I opened the unsealed box, started the phone and it brought me to the start screen and I only got to the next screen and it said I had to call customer service because it couldn't activate the phone. I was so frustrated but didn't want to have to go back to the store, so i tried calling and it said there was a long wait for a representative! So I put my kids back in the car, drove back to the store, got my kids out AGAIN, and went in. I told the person that asked to help me that the activation wasn't working. He didn't even take the phone, he just said he had to manually push it through? He did something on his tablet, then the phone started to go to the next screen and he told me I was good to go. I asked this representative, to just to confirm this phone has the crop feature (because I had this weird feeling these representatives were not looking too much into my concerns), and he said YES! So I now have two people telling me it has this feature. Again, this representative let me leave with out confirming the phone was activated. I leave the store for a second time and finish the set up process and keep trying to make calls throughout the next few hours on both my old phone and new phone and cannot do it on either! I have to end up calling Verizon Customer Service and wait on hold. The person that answered was finally able to get my phone activated. He had to remote into it to make it work! While he was in the phone I asked him if he can help me find the square ratio because I hadn't been able to find it. He looked through everything and then looked up features of the phone and he confirmed it did not have it! So after all of the hassle of going back and forth several times to the store and all of the issues I had, at the end of the day the phone doesn't even have the feature I was looking for. I cannot stress enough how ridiculous the whole things was. And now if I want to return the phone for one that has the features I'm looking for I have to pay a $50 restocking fee because I was told the wrong thing by several representatives. I don't know if any of the representatives have kids, but having to do this all and getting kids in and out of a car makes Verizon seem not family friendly AT ALL, it just ma

I ordered a phone through verizon and did pick up at the Elk River location. When I got there they handed me the bag with the phone and said instructions are all there for setup. I said can't you set up the phone and make sure everything is transferred over. His response is you do that and may have to switch sim cards. I said this store has horrible customer service and all other stores would have done this for you. He said, well have a nice day. When I called Verizon they even said they are expected to set up everything and make sure it works before leaving. Never again will I be back to that store.

Got an upgraded I Phone and it was sent to the Elk River, Mn Store where I went to pick it up... I brought my old 5s phone with me and asked the rep if he would help me change or switch the data from the old to the new phone. HE stared at me with big eyes and NO smile or smirk and just said " HOME" ------ ???? I said what? HE said YOU DO at HOME! I said I am not really that good with technology and a year ago I came in and upgraded a phone and the rep helped me switch all the info and it took him about 20 minutes ( only ONE other customer in the store, so not that busy). HE said "things change in a year".... He simply was just rude acting and weird. He handed me my new phone in a bag and said, YOU do at HOME... instructions are in the bag--- and you can , if you need to, download I tunes - that will help.. I said,l WHAT??? I do not use Itunes --- He said, " oh, have a good day" and walked away. I left and plan to tackle the job soon.... once I get over being upset about the way this person acted --- ONLY appropriate thing he said was, " welcome to Verizon, how can I help you" when I first walked in the door.... I thought I would get some help----- but NO, he was a total jerk after the initial greeting... I am planning on changing my entire account to another provider, but guess I should not base his actions on the entire group in Elk River... HE NEEDS TO GO!! P.S. this is the Elk River, MN Store.... I go to NV in winter months, so my address reflects NV on my post!!
