I’m new to the area & really wanted to buy/use a local business . I left a deposit in April for a shower tile job scheduled for Aug 6; as the date got closer I called to make sure we were set, I then got a call saying no, they couldn’t get the tile. When I offered to buy the tile at a big box store, they said no couldn’t do the job because of family issues. I asked what my options were & about my deposit check & was told it would be refunded. Two weeks later I was able to get on another contractor’s schedule delaying my shower another month and a half. I got a call out of the blue from Allison saying her dad, Scott, was at my house & couldn’t get in & they could start my job at 5pm? I said I already hired someone new. I called & went to the store in Ellendale to get my promised deposit back, they said, “the check’s in the mail”. When I finally received it, they deducted a “restocking-fee” for a tile they never received. I called & talked with the owner, Scott, to state this wasn’t fair & he said I didn’t want him to do the job? Not true, since I waited 4 months & even offered to buy tile elsewhere. He agreed to give me the remainder of my money back, but hasn’t yet. I keep calling & leaving messages.Service: Tile fitters

We had them install new carpeting in our house! They did a great job would definitely recommend them to anyone. Quality product and service!!
