James and Nick just left they had to move my service they did a fantastic job it works great. They did it no charge. I have been with them since there start up I have never had bad service. Thanks Radio Link

Absolute joke, 2 good employees there, James and Bob. Service consistency is terrible, very rarely get close to what you pay for. Just auto paid 6 monthes,, which for a strange reason we were NOT approved to do so, and service gets worse. Before due time it magically gets better? Contemplating civil case. Up to speeds refers to weather and usage demands, not what speed you decide to allow accounts too. Everybody needs to do speed tests on a regular basis, if you pay for 30 and never get over 25, you're getting robbed.

I would give them a zero if possible. Customer service is always poor. Slow speeds are always my fault for pulling too much when it's only me in the house trying to stream Netflix. Will usually go out or be so slow that it starts buffering in the evenings. I decided to leave and they would not refund the payment for the next month that was already paid by auto payment. If you want shitty customer service and be treated horribly or like you are d*** each time you call, this is a 5 star company for you. If you have any other options, I would seriously recommend looking into those.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Had to make frequent calls to have them update the equipment. Saved yourself the trouble. I went with tmobile home Internet for cheaper and 7 times faster speeds.

If you are moving, make sure you return their equipment.After 10 years more or less of intermittent service, I sold the country place and left the Radio Link equipment behind. Now, per the the contract, I will have to pay them $1000.00 for the equipment left behind.

They have ok customer service but that's only after they make a mistake, the internet is not up to the speeds they advertise 75% of the time. My internet modem has to be pointed at the water tower in Geneva and if it rains so lose internet. They also charged my card 3 times instead of once when I made an online payment. They then denied they did this until Wells Fargo went after them then the money was returned. I would not recommend them at all, if there are any other options, do not go to radio link, anyone is easily better.

My experience with RL has gone from mediocre to real bad in the last year. For some reason they cannot provide a reliable connection. The service is on and off numerous times a day. I spent 4 months trying to impress upon them that they needed to fix their equipment so as to provide more reliable service. I don't know if they didn't know why it didn't work, didn't care it didn't work, or was just embarrassed that it didn't work, but they would never acknowledge it didn't work and ignore any concerns I shared. I even emailed the owner Daniel P. with all the issues I was having but he never bothered to respond. As I researched other options I was pleased to learn I could sign up for Starlink even though it is still in beta.(So yes, there are other options now or just around the bend) I am so pleased with the performance and down/up load speeds and especially the reliability. I would prefer doing business with a local company for internet but RL just doesn't seem to care.

This has to be the absolute worst internet service anywhere. Multiple disconnects almost everyday. Customer service is even worse. Avoid this company if at all possible. For those tired of such poor internet service and customer service I suggest looking into Starlink. I recently cancelled this service and signed up for Starlink. It has worked very well for me. Starlink is still in beta and works a thousand times better than RL and the download speeds are running 150 to 200 mb's very consistently.

Terrible is an understatement. Constantly "no internet"...really. They will try to blame it on you. I have a better support system with my dogs than I do with them. No one to help because they work bankers hours. I have others in my area that went with a different provider. I will be doing the same. I pay for a monthly service not a maybe hourly service.

"No internet connection"...I'm tired of seeing this. Terrible provider. It's guaranteed that Monday through Friday around 8:30 pm "no internet connection" is promised and weekends are worse. Kind of hard to promise "high speed" when there's no connection at all. I call that false advertisement.

We have had Radio Link Internet service for 3 years.We've had very good internet speed and service from them. They have been quick to provide service and good recommendations for equipment related to our in house network. We highly recommend Radio Link Internet!
