I walk into the pharmacy and they say hi and use my first name and if I ask about a new medication they have answered my questions and they have great communication, if they have a question they will call you. Love the pharmacy and the staff

The staff here go above and beyond to makesure things are taken care of properly the first time…EACH & EVERY time!! They have ALWAYS been so friendly, informative and work fast!! The pharmacy it’s self has a convenient drive through. The inside is spacious, clean, organized and has a pretty great selection for a small town shop. Best part is they obviously work with your Essentia mychart so keeping track of all your med info and requesting refills is super easy. They text and email when you order is ready and even personally call to remind you if you may have forgotten to pick up your order BEFORE they pull it from the shelf and put it back. Which is so nice because then you don’t have to wait to have it filled again. I’ve had a lot of mental health and physical issues going on this last year and I have never ever felt uncomfortable, rushed or uncertain when visiting MY ELY ESSENTIA PHARMACY!! Oh and talk about convenient- it’s inside our ONE & ONLY LOCAL GROCERY STORE????

Helpful staff that have gotten various medical equipment/supply in by special order, faster than ordering from Amazon, often at a better price!
