I just had some fraud on my account. My debit card got shut down. Oh no! After trying to deal with a fraud dept which didn't go well I just called the bank. Whitney took care of it all within minutes. She set me up with a temp card and got my new one sent out to me. Thank you!!!

Best bank in Ely to go to. Friendly tellers, Tom is always willing to help with any questions, and there isn't as much red tape with the checking accounts as big banks often have. Couldn't recommend it more!
