11/08/24: 1st time here. Very friendly and helpful staff. I purchased several items for a meat tasting I am doing for employees from many meat markets across Minnesota. I did sample the TERIYAKI snack sticks. A little high at $15.99 a pound (most sticks purchased from other locations were at $12.99). I'm not a big fan of Teriyaki but the staff said it's their number 1 seller. Their shelfs were out of these, but the gentleman went in the cooler and made a pack just for me. I also purchased the SWEET MAPLE BACON STICKS at $15.99 a pound which was tasted very good but we hoped for more maple and bacon. Everyone agreed it was good for a standard beef stick. Awesome customer service. I also purchased their best summer sausage seller which is their Garlic. I will be stopping back not only for the great selection but also for the friendly and helpful staff. I've been to a few meat markets where staff are rude or acting like the customers are an inconvenience, and I won't go back there ever again. I will update this review after our taste testing.

My first experience (Aug 2024) after a lifetime in the area. My goodness, I've been missing out. Beyond the quality of the meats in the case (and some I've already tried today with brats and sticks), was the variety of offerings. They even ground a custom mix for my burger recipe to my ratio, on the spot. Service was impeccable, friendly, and they attended to my every newbie question even though I could see the butchers were busy.

I was visiting in mn in August.
I stopped by Emily meats at the recommendation of my sister, and bought their natural casing hotdogs. I put them in the freezer so I could bring them back to fl. I wish I would have tried them before I left because I would have gotten a lot more. They were so good. I can say the best hotdogs I've ever eaten.
