Purchased a cargo trailer in spring 2025 and had a great experience with the sales staff and financing. Decided to bring my boat trailer there for bearing pack and an issue with my surge brakes. Never called when it was done and were 30% over estimate in bearing packing. Never even let me know about surge brakes and they weren’t fixed. Service stated it was a $1000 part plus labor. I knew it was a $320 on etrailer.com and knew what the problem was. Brought it to an auto repair shop and they were able to just replace the solenoid for $64 + labor. Very poor communication, clearly not very good at “trailer service” and can’t trust their estimates.

Always a great experience. They accommodate your feed orders if they can. The orders are always ready when they say it will be done. Great staff with great attitudes!

Wanted to purchase a trailer, went and picked one out from their lot, but they couldn't tell me if it was sold or not. They could have had money in there pockets but the sales person couldn't tell me if it was available. I gave them a picture of the VIN and they were still unable to determine where the paperwork was for it. Not a ton of effort was put into trying to figure it out. If something is sold, mark it as such so I don't waste my time.

Family friendly place with the best prices and service around. I almost went with the other Sure-Trac dealer in the state until I saw Widdes’s great pricing and realized the other dealer’s name must stand for “Money Grab” with the inflated pricing they were charging. Widdes was worth the short drive from the city, if I’m ever in need of another trailer, they’re my only stop! Thanks, Guys!

Josh and the team at Widdes have been doing everything they can to help and fix my issues. They just installed a flatbed on my new truck in record time. They always have quality products. Tires, flatbed, etc. The shop has fixed more broken things than I can remember.

Terrible customer service. I needed a replacement part and got the runaround from the trailer department over a span of 4 weeks before finally just purchasing the part online. Great example of why people are pushed away from shopping locally.

We’re on a X-country tour in our RV, towing a utility trailer. Something shorted out with our trailers wiring and we needed fast service to stay on track with our schedule.
This place offered prompt, friendly service. Tim was a magician with the wiring and fantastic to deal with. A thirty minute stop and we’re back on the road. Highly recommend.
