I would like to thank you guys for always doing a awesome job ! . when ever i call they always get me what i need even if it is on the spot order for a platter . Shannon & summer are awesome ladies and do a great job with my orders and always willing to do what they have to get me my order and never complain about it and smile every time . great job to u ladies and your team !

Two guys back there working hard during lunch on a Sunday. However, it took 30 minutes to get our food. Which did not come as ordered and when i asked to make it right they were out of what our sandwiches were missing. Not their fault. Very reflective of ownership and management for setting up these two young guys for failure. Too bad. What was supposed to be a quick bite to eat turned into an hour long headache..

We usually order from the Eveleth Subway once or twice a month. We are local. In fact we prefer this Subway over the Subways in the closest town. I ordered 2 subs on the app (LOVE the APP!!) tonight and after I drove to the store, I was then told they were out of bread. How does a Subway run out of bread? I had the order canceled, and money was returned to my card Instantly. About a month and a half ago I ordered 2 subs on the App and once I got to the store, I was then told they were out of lettuce. We had the subs without lettuce then, but today's being out of bread really floored me. I love the App, and love ordering off the App, but almost feel I need to order when I get there just to make sure they aren't out of anything.

My visitor was a complete joke period first off. I handed them my coupon that just came out. And they said they are no longer honoring them. Then the young punks that were running the till a girl and a boy rolled their eyes at certain times and were very rude.

tried to order in the App, App kept freezing up,. wanted to order 2 foot looks on Italian herb and cheese but when I got there at 9:30 they only bread that they had left was had 2- 6 inches of what.

I ordered a monster pro. Was charged $22. They didn't put in double meat or the bacon. I complained and nothing came of it. Not happy in the slightest.

I attempted to order ahead using the mobile app, it said that it went through, it even put a temporary hold on my debit card, when I arrived at the store they didn't have any order ready for me and said nothing had come through. I ordered five subs all footlongs. I was not happy about this as I was in a hurry and like the convenience of being able to order and pay ahead. Every Subway I have tried this with the same thing happens or I get double charged and they end up only making one order which is good, but it's really frustrating. Management and the application need to figure something out because this is ridiculous! To top it all off within 24 hours of eating there three of the five people that had subs ended up having terrible stomach pains and on the toilet for a significant amount of time, the only thing they had in common was the chees on the sub and the mayonnaise. Sadly won't be visiting another Subway in the near future. This is the Eveleth, Virginia, and both Hibbing locations.
