“I had a great experience here! I stopped in hoping for a tune-up before a race, but they were already fully booked. Instead of turning me away, they took the time to inspect my bike, fixed an issue with the front wheel, lubed the brakes, and made sure everything else was race-ready. They were friendly, honest, and genuinely wanted to help. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them! definitely be back for my full tune-up!”

“It's always a pleasure doing business with the Freewheel folks. I'm a frequent flyer at the Bloomington location, but I also have great experiences when going to the Eden Prairie location. You can tell that they are all true bike enthusiasts and it shows in how they handle their business. Keep up the great work Freewheel! Ride on!”

“We shop at Erik‘s because of their personal customer care and if anything goes wonky, they take care of it right away! Jordan and Tom at the Eden Prairie store were especially helpful to us with our purchase of a bike rack. Thank you!”

“Great time for bike overhaul. Did mine this week at Erik's (on my way home from skiing, ha) . And last fall I got another excellent repair after my bike wreck. Friendly, expert service from Erik's! I trust them. Thanks.”
