We placed our normal order (iced americano and iced americano with honey and cream) and neither of them tasted right at all. They were watered down and hardly any ice, as if they had added water to the espresso instead of pouring it over ice. It tasted like Starbucks americano which I HATE. We went through the drive through and didn’t have time to go back and fix it; so we just dealt with it. But definitely disappointing.

Such a cute spot and the staff is so helpful and kind!!Kid-friendliness: They always go above and beyond for the kids drinks…lots of whip and marshmallows or chocolate chips!!

I order online and they don’t start preparing my order until I get there. I order online in hopes of just running in fast when I’m on the go. They don’t seem to follow modifications so I give it a 3. I bump it up to 5 stars when Monica is working! She follows all the modifications and perfect my orders!
