Didn’t feel welcome at the store at all — possibly because I don’t look local and my mother was in a wheelchair. Also, when I inquired about a way to wheel her in through the back because all the parking out front was taken AND the front entrance has a step — the woman disrespectfully suggested I park way down the street. We ended up buying something anyway because my momInsisted on going in.

Yesterday I brought in some items to consign. I came in the back door and clumsily slipped and fell. The owner was very concerned and kindly helped me with my basket. When I composed myself and went to check if she was done evaluating my things, she proceeded to shame me regarding the quality of the items I brought in. While it is my fault that I did not check more carefully, I was taken back by her delivery. Perhaps she was having a bad day. It certainly ruined mine.

Great place to shop, good place to sell.I will say, they are not very friendly and rather short with you on the phone while asking simple questions. I was repeatedly told “this was in your signed agreement” though I was never given one the day I sold. Only a receipt. Still a good and reputable place and I’ll keep coming back because it’s a great store with quality items.

I have found some of my best closet staples at aloom consignment in the past year! I recently got my new favorite pair of Madewell denim in brand-new condition for an incredible price. There are tons of gems and popular brands like Madewell, Anthropologie, Lululemon, and more. Would recommend this shop to women of all ages - beautiful options for everyone!

Incredible experience here recently - I purchased a beautiful leather backpack (Patricia Nash) that was new with tags! Great selection of lululemon, free people, and Anthropologie! Everything is high quality and well taken care of.

Been going downhill since Cherie sold it. It used to be clothes were more carefully examined before being taken in, now it’s like goodwill. Don’t bother shopping here.

Not as good as Fashioin Avenue 2 in Wayzata but worth a look. Lots and lots of handbags well priced but many a little worn. Good scarf selection and inproved clothing. The new ownership is trying to build their brand apart from the previous shop so time will tell. Friendly helpful staff.
