I do everything that a Realtor does, and more. I do everything they do, but as your lawyer.
I only represent residential real estate consumers. Residential legal and full service brokerage services. If you are buying a home, I collect the buyer brokerage fee and refund it to you. I help sellers save too. All for a fraction of the cost of a Realtor. How can I do this? Because Realtors charge far too much.
