I've been using the Cub app to order groceries for pickup for the last 4 months and the employees are excellent! I've had no issues with my orders and Jeff is good at finding substitutions when items are out of stock!!

We've lived in Minnetonka for just over a year. During this past year, we have visited pretty much every store within about a 15 mile radius. This Cub foods has one area that is better than any other store in the entire area. The meat department has absolutely the best meats in any of the stores that I've visited this past year. I live close to several high-end grocery stores, but will always make the trek out to Sherwood when it's time to grill. We have noticed that their produce department is well-stocked and has more variety than many other store and carry a lot of Minnesota grown items. It's quite a bit further to drive but it's totally worth it for us.

This store is sincerely interested in the customers. Recently I tried to use the Cub delivery service and it failed me. Their customer service supervisor more than made up for my problems and even gave me flowers. I've shopped there for over fifteen years and never had any kind of problem. Thank you.
