Please save your time and moneyādo not come here. I specifically requested an experienced stylist for my appointment, but unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst salon experience Iāve ever had. Iām genuinely disappointed and cannot recommend this place to anyone. For reference, I requested a haircut and a hair toner.

My girlfriend recommended this group as I have been there before, but my girlfriendās been going there for blowouts the last few times so I decided to give them a try not only did my appointment get moved. I went in there and got moved again and they could not fit me in the other location for the same price, so I would say donāt trust them because I have an event now and Iām scrambling to try to get my hair done

Horrible experience. I see Aveda and a place like this as luxury, and I never get to ātreatā myself. So for me to be able to make an appointment here was something nice for myself. I booked for a waxing appointment and she missed chunks on my legs, so much that I had to go back a second time and have her fix it. She didnāt have anything for a week, so later on it all grew back patchy because of the difference in time when it was waxed. Even the wax girl apologized as she knew how bad of a job she did missing so much!When I booked this over the phone to come get it fixed, the receptionist told me there would be no charge to have her fix it. So after the appointment I walked out and got in my car, well it was not communicated to the receptionist that day as she ran out of the store and chased me to my car saying I didnāt pay- how embarrassing!!Such a disappointing experience here and definitely did not feel relaxed or taken care of.

I've been going to this salon since moving here a year ago! I love Angie for both her haircuts and colors and Jennifer is amazing at both facials and massages! I will miss this place and everyone at Sanctuary!

Came in for a haircut today, first time visiting this salon. Don was my hairstylist. Absolutely LOVE my new haircut, I got exactly what I wanted but better picked up some Aveda products & a new brush. Very happy for my first visit.Service: Haircut

Can't say how the actual service was as I got there for my haircut about 5 mins before my service was to start and they told me it was cancelled because the stylist had called in sick-so not necessarily a last minute thing. I get in the days of COVID this is likely happening but why not call? Not sure why you wouldn't try and contact someone to let them know their appointment was cancelled? The receptionist did try and find another appointment for me but it wasn't successful. Pretty basic to call people if their appointment if cancelled if you ask me. Also the bathroom was filthy.
