I recently visited the US Bank branch in Excelsior while on a family trip to Minnesota, and the experience was outstanding!
They helped me with some suspicious activity on my account, and the friendly atmosphere and incredibly helpful, knowledgeable staff made me feel valued and supported. If you’re looking for a bank that genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend this US Bank branch!

I don’t bank at usbank but I heard the he most intense verbal abuse to towards an banker in his location today. I regret not acting and helping that person.

I can not say enough about CRC Jack Bang! What an absolute pleasure to work with!I came into this location after experiencing some fraud (not us bank related) and he eased my mind and took care of everything promptly while I was still in the office. He answered all the questions I had over the next few days and offered to follow up with me to make sure everything was taken care of. His positive attitude and light-hearted demeanor is contagious and he is the reason I will continue to call this branch!Great hire, US Bank - this man deserves a raise!

Went in to ask about a pre-approval for a loan, she fat fingers my income, said that it has to be under review and that she couldn't tell me my credit score so she would call me the next morning. Well, it's been over 2 weeks, no call, no confirmation, did get a letter from us bank with my credit score that she couldn't tell me, nothing about an actual loan or pre-approval status, but I do have SEVERAL NEW INQUIRIES ON MY REPORT NOW. I love us bank. Do not use this office.
