They offer classes virtually as well, but showing up to in person classes each week forces me to be accountable. Plus it's super encouraging to be surrounded by other people with the same desire to feel like our best selves through consistently balanced nutrition. It's been super inspiring!The Wayzata location is in a strip mall so there is a dedicated parking lot which is convenient. I like that they sell protein powder and vitamins & supplements on site. I like to stay stocked up on the paleo chocolate and vanilla protein powders and their products are 10% off if you're enrolled in a class so bonus there!Amy and Kris have been awesome instructors.
