If i could give less than 1 star to this Walgreens location I would. This is a review of the "manager named Grace". I was at the front checkout and the cashier coughed. Whatever. Everyone coughs. This lady who said she was the manger and her name was "Grace" verbally attacked him in front of the customer saying to him " I'm not going to tell you again to turn your head when you cough." She went on and on how tired she was of him coughing and he had this cough for awhile and he needed to wear a mask " This was all in front of the customer. " Grace wasn't wearing a visible name tag and she had a sweatshirt over her uniform top( you couldn't even tell she was an employee ) When i told her she was being extremely rude to her coworker and she could have this conversation in private she proceeds to argue with me. I asked for her manager and she said she was the manager. I apologized to the other employee and told him how sorry i was that he had to work with Grace. He works in a hostile work environment and i feel sorry for him.

Textbook example of staff who are going through the motions and take no pride in their business. Booked vaccinations a week in advance. Drove in to learn that they didn't have the vaccine yet and I'll need to come back at a later date. When asked if there was appointment availability for future dates, the response was "I'm sure there is." Checking the website from the parking lot, of course there's no future appointments available. I booked at a different location and will gladly never return to this one again. Walgreens, manage your inventory better. Don't book appointments for things you don't have and proactively notify customers if you won't be able to fulfill on your promise rather than have them take time out of their work day to learn the hard way. Maybe, just maybe, help your people learn how to be less transactional and more empathetic. You're not the only pharmacy in town and I'm pretty sure your decline in traffic will help you understand that.

This place is the WORST everyone in the pharmacy should be FIRED. Every month we have an issue with picking up my sons medications. Every month it's the same issues. One person will say they have it another person will say they are working on and then someone else will tell you they are all out. The people here struggle with communication and expect you to spend hours on the phone or in person. Go next doo to Target or anywhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE!

It seems they are short staffed at this location in addition to equipment failures.I used to regularly go to Walgreens for all my prescriptions. But just as others here have stated they never have your prescriptions ready and sometimes I have had to have my doctor call it in 3 times for them to finally say they have received it. More recently I tried to order Christmas cars through their app. I never received a confirmation email or text so I called a couple hours later to see if they received my order. They had, but the manager had cancelled it with a note saying "no staff available". The kind lady on the phone was confused as she works in photo and she said "we could have completed that order, just might not have been as quick." And she suggested I re-submit my order. Which the Walgreens app doesn't let you access previous cancelled orders so I had to start over. Again no confirmation so I call the next morning. Seems I got the manager on the line this time because he told me he cancelled this order also because their machine is broken. Clearly communication amongst their team is also lacking. I will just continue to not use this location.

Highly recommend you choose a different location for anything you might need. wait for 30 minutes past an appointment time, fill out forms only to wait again for a simple flu shot. Customer service or even an attempt at was not made!! this place is a joke for anything. No one in the pharmacy has a clue how to provide any form of service. horrible.

multiple times i've gone to pick up a prescription i was told would be ready by a certain time, and i've had to wait 30 minutes for my prescription to say it was done. so then my prescription wasn't really ready, was it? so why would you tell me it was? last month i pulled into the pharmacy drive through at 6:45, and i didn't leave the pharmacy drive thru until 5 minutes past 7. aka 5 minutes past closing. by the window i sat in my idling car for 10 minutes while waiting for the lady at the window to merely acknowledge me. why wasn't she acknowledging me? because her and the other people working in the pharmacy were sitting around having a conversation. while this all happened a line of cars was forming behind me. do not sent your prescriptions here unless you have cut an hour out of your schedule to drive there, wait for 30-45 minutes, finally get your prescription, and drive home.

ZERO STARS!!!! Should be closed down! Ungodly wait times. Focus on customers with prescription needs NOT COVID Booster shots. Was able to get one of two prescriptions the other was out of stock. Asked if CVS in Shakopee could fill it as I work in that city. They told me that CVS has to call them to get missing script transferred. So while waiting for the in stock prescription I called CVS and they said no problem and I gave them Walgreens phone #. The phone rang off them hook for the entire time there and no one answered so when they called my name I asked how do I know if CVS called for the request and she looked around and stated "it hasn't been called in yet". Really? Wouldn't you have to answer the phone to know that?

Jonathan, the pharmacist, said he couldn't fill my prescription for ivermectin because he was ignorant of its safety and effectiveness. He could have performed a simple google search or looked to ivmmeta.com to see the available medical literature, but instead he chose to deny a person their needed medication their doctor recommended to them.

Sat in line to pick up a prescription for 30 minutes. It was a Saturday. I guess I am not understanding why they do not staff with at least 2 pharmacy techs....

Honestly-I do not know why I keep coming here other than it is close to my house. Their systems are always down, the staff is rude, the lines to pick up ready prescriptions are 30-60 min. Not drop off and wait for fill--these are ready to be picked up and you have to stand in line or drive thru forever. And I'm not exaggerating on time. Also every time I come for some reason they haven't run my prescription through insurance so then I have to wait while they redo all that. Must find new pharmacy!!

Giving one star because zero is not an option. This place is the absolute worst! Regularly waiting in lines for 40 minutes or more to pick up a prescription. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or something else, but they really need to get something figured out. It would be faster if I drove to the Costco fifteen minutes away for my prescription, which I may start doing.

Rx called in at 11:30 AM, promised at 5 pm; not ready until 8:30 PM. It seems calling In The script isn't enough to get your order processed. In reality, there are 3 steps. 1) Dr submits the script. 2) go to the store to pickup your order. It doesn't matter how long you wait, they won't start working in it until you show up. Your order is THEN placed into a queue. During flu season that likely means another 3-4 hours of waiting. No matter how sick you look or feel. Looking for another pharmacy that isn't under staffed.
