Probably the worst Pharmacy ever. We have had lots of instances where they just sit and don't do anything when they get a prescription, and pretend they don't even have it for days. I don't know if they even bother to order things that are not in stock unless the patient gets sick of waiting and specifically asks them to. The automatic system tells you you don't have to do anything if you want to wait for them to get something ready, but that is a lie.

As someone who’s suffered from a chronic condition for 18 years and has had prescriptions filled in multiple countries, I can confidently say this is the WORST pharmacy! They are incredibly slow, and the staff is incredibly rude. Most recent example just happened today - I filled my prescription over 24 hours ago, called this morning right after they opened to see if it could be filled today and was on hold THREE different times for a total of 40 minutes without ever reaching someone. My husband then went to the pharmacy and not only were there no customers waiting, but the two techs working were talking/laughing with one another and ignored both my husband and someone in the drive thru for 10 minutes! And once they actually helped my husband, the tech gave him one word responses and then tossed the prescription bag at him. An absolute disgrace. We are transferring our prescriptions to cubs.

I thought I would try them one more time to see if they have improved. Unbelievably poor service again! waited on hold for 20 min. and they cut me off. On hold again and have been listening to there is one caller ahead of me for 15 min. so far. Never again!

Dropped off prescriptions at 11AM after waiting in line for over an hour. Was told it would be at least another hour to fill or more. I called them at 3PM and was told prescriptions were ready to be picked up and that insurance was ran. I get there at 4PM and sat in drive thru for 20 mins before someone even acknowledged me. Then another 40 mins of the run around to be told that the insurance was invalid and I would need to pay out of pocket. I called my insurance and was told no claims were ever submitted with them by Walgreens and to have Walgreens call them. Contacted Walgreens and they refused. Then was transferred to Dennis who stated that I could drive back to the pharmacy if meds haven’t been opened yet, but still nothing he could really do. He was extremely rude when I asked to speak to a manger or for contact information for the manager.

Slowest Walgreens on the planet. I'd give it zero stars if I could. You never spend less than a half hour waiting in line either inside or by going through the drive though. The pharmacists are incredibly slow. It's no wonder is switched pharmacies. The cashiers here (when there even is one) doesn't even care that there's people at checkout. They aren't professional, you probably spend 10 minutes waiting for someone to check you out. You're better off having your prescriptions filled at Cub.

Had the most friendly and positive customer service experience in the pharmacy via phone today. Wish I got the name of the woman I spoke to, but she was fabulous! And very fast turnaround time to fill my prescription! Great experience.

After six years of reliable script service, I can't use this place any longer. Drive thru is frequently closed or ignored. Scripts that used to take just a couple hours now take days. Unprofessional staff behind the script counter, with few exceptions. I'd give negative stars if possible.

This place is horrible. It closes randomly due to short staffing. Sometimes you’re unable to get your prescription for days.
