Arrived 2 hours later; he was waiting with my new bulb and smile. He changed the bulb for me (it was freezing cold btw) and he was a lifesaver. He put me in contact with a local to help get the job done considering my driver was 1500 miles from home and he was able to directly help us! He was absolutely amazing.
