Currently on over an hour and a half of waiting for my order, because it was given to the wrong dasher. Then, the replacement took so long that the second dasher ditched the order. Now, a third dasher has been waiting for 30 minutes. I’m less upset about my order and more upset that 2 door-dashers time was wasted by each waiting a half an hour, and they should probably be compensated for that more fairly.

Visited this location on a trip. Ordered on the app and was scheduled for 6:15 pickup. Arrived and found out the store had received a flurry of orders and was a little behind. Staff apologized multiple times and kept working hard to get orders out the door. We don't have Caseys where we live and the wait was worth it. Thank you so much!

Didnt know they were out of diesel till my husband started to pump. There was no bag on the handle to let anyone know. Mostly just the people that go there that make the experience bad besides being out of diesel fuel.

I recently visited Casey's Gas Station in Fairmont, MN, and my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered two pizzas and a few sodas through the app, and when I arrived, I was shocked to find that the total was $59.
To make matters worse, I had to gather the sodas myself, and there were no plates offered for the pizzas. When I asked for napkins, I was told to pull them one by one from a dispenser. This level of service is simply unacceptable, especially for that price.
Overall, the combination of high prices and poor customer service made for a disappointing experience. I expected better, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The order by phone didn’t get to the store. Had to wait for them to make pizza. The toppings was the size of small on large crust. I know Casey’s can do better. What a disappointment

Oder food on their app. Only got half my food. Caseys tell me door dash has to reimburse me. Door dash says Casey's has to reimburse me. You call there and no one ever answers the phone.

I love Casey's pizza, I love stopping and grabbing Casey's pizza before work. However it's hard to do so when twice now. In a weeks time, I show up at lunch time(1145-1230) and only 1 slice in the warmer. Same lady working both times. This happened yesterday 7/6/23(don't want to say her name but boss can look it up)

Don't give them your credit card number, they add extra charges the next day, I got charged over $100 for one pizza. They did not bring everything I ordered, then expected me to go out and pick it up after I already paid for delivery. Then to top that off the food was black burnt, and the manager ignores you. This was over 2 weeks ago. LIke OMG what the hell did I ever do to you? Contacting cooperate. #Lost faith in humanity.

Went there today at noon for my daughter and I to get some donuts and was greeted nicely! Most of the time when I go there (at night) there is always rude front counter man who either doesn’t say anything, doesn’t put the money in your hand or has an attitude.This time was nice (different worker) but made our day considering I was with my daughter.
