Trent always does a great job, highly skilled welder, we are so blessed to have access to such a great repair and fabrication metal shop. I have many times drew on paper what I wanted built and Trent makes it. Thank you for all your hard work over the years.

Canadian on a road trip, we had a serious power steering fluid leak in Fairmont. We couldn't have found a better place to help us. Taylor and Doane we're kind and very accomodating. As soon as the garage open, Doane checked our van and the problem was fixed in no time. Competent and honest people. Do not hesitate to go to D&R auto repair!

My low tire pressure light came on 2 days ago, while I'd been running errands. It was the coldest day we'd had yet this winter, below zero and windy. I was trying to decide what to do about it - risk it and drive the ten miles home without checking them or risk frost bitten face and fingers by stopping - when I saw the "open" sign still lit up at D&R (it was 5 pm). Without thinking it through, I took a left, pulled up, and just thought I'd ask. There was a young man behind the desk, Tyler, who got right up to help me. Had me pull my car in and checked all my tires for me. He wouldn't take the few dollars I tried to give him, but I left it there anyway. Thank you, D&R. There are not a lot of places left in the world like you.

We hit a deer a few miles outside of town. We were 7 hours from anywhere familiar, and of the 3 places we called Duane at D & R Repair was the only one to answer. He made accommodations he didn't have to because not only is he a great mechanic, but a stand-up individual. He was booked full, but made time to take a quick look at the car to assess the damage. I can't imagine how hard our surprise stop in Fairmont would have been had we gone to a different mechanic. D & R Repair has 3 generations of experience and is operated by good, honest people. They don't just take care of the car. They care about their customers. Don't take your car anywhere else.

Duane at D & R repaired the damage done to my vehicle from another mechanics shop. I had been dealing with the problem for over 2 months and had taken it to two other mechanics who could not figure out what was wrong with it. He spent only a short time diagnosing the problem and I was back on the road for very little money. I highly recommend D&R and Duane especially as a very knowledgable mechanic and very reasonable in price as well.
