Ken Craig has earned my trust and my business. Shopping and comparing insurance quotes can be extremely overwhelming, and it’s challenging to get an apples to apples comparison. He made it easy - did all the work for us, made it easy to switch and saved us thousands of dollars on premiums for the same coverage. Ken positively impacted our lives in more way than one. He is absolutely amazing!

If you want a bank that makes mistakes and causes nothing but headaches, stress and high blood pressure then this bank is for you. Not only did this bank fail to close my account after they cut me a cashier check making my account $0.00 they allowed a bill to come out after they said they would stop payment. Then sent me an overdraft notice. When I called them they explained their worker didn't do their job and that they'd waive all late fees. My job was to contact the credit card company to ask them to reverse the charges. Which they agreed but it takes 30 to 60 days to do so. I contacted my personal banker and let them know. 2 weeks later I get a "Courtesy letter" letting me know that they are sending this to collections so it will now impact my credit score. With them taking no responsibility for their error. The "courtesy letter" says: We understand this could be an oversight on your part, but it is very important that you make the deposit necessary to bring your account into a positive position. Failure to do so may result in an account being closed and adversely affect your credit rating.Not a bank I would EVER recommend.

This bank is a pure example of how the rich get more rich and the poor get more poor. They charge $5 to cash a check at their bank EVEN IF the issued check is from their bank. Crooks. I'd give no stars I could.

This bank absolutely does not care about you as a customer. I stopped in a week before moving halfway across the country to give them locations I would be travelling through and need my card payments authorized. I still had issues with my card and I had to call twice to get them resolved. If I didn't have my First Farmers account, I might have been stranded. Then, I try to transfer money into the account online from another bank, but Profinium keeps returning an error. This went on for 4 days. My cellphone payment come through and overdrafts my account. I call the same day it happens. I explain the error with their transfer service, and they assure me I won't be charged an overdraft fee. Finally I'm able to get money transferred into the account to set the balance right. So now, my account back in the positive. Until I get an overdraft fee. $25 fee on an account that's not overdrawn after being specifically told that I wouldn't be charged an overdraft fee. I submit a complaint online and they call back with no resolution for me. They tell me they can't refund overdraft charges (a boldfaced lie) and that I'm going to have to set the balance right AGAIN. Not only that, but until I do, I'm going to continue to incur late fees on top of the overdraft fee! I cannot overstate how awful this experience has been. I'm a customer of two years. I kept good communication about this issue every step of the way. Yet they still decide to screw me. If you're looking to bank in Fairmont, look anywhere else. US Bank and First Farmers and Merchants don't treat their customers this way.

They will cancel your card without explanation or their systems will be down and not notify you. Multiple times I’ve not been able to access my money because of their poor banking system and poor communication.
