Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Gabriel, who claimed to be the manager, refused to help me with loyalty points program, even after spending $75 in gasoline.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
Nothing ever in stock, everything is old expired and crusty, prices are outrageous, you can barely walk with the space inside, pumps always broken, free vacuum doesn’t even work, gas is always higher than everywhere else, and they are closed even when they’re supposed to be open.
Only reason I ever come here is because it’s the only one near my house.

I was in there Saturday night, 8/31/24, and the employee that was supposed to be behind the counter was outside screwing around with his friends while there was a lineup of people inside waiting to pay their bill. This service station is gang infested. I was called honky by a women in the station and I really felt threatened and will never be back. Hopefully the owner of this establishment will wake up and take care of his business in a professional manor.

Terrible experience!!!! With Patrick specifically. Terrible people skills in particular. Argued with me regarding my opinion of using the bathroom there and needing to purchase something. Mind you I agreed to purchase something, had something on the counter and was waiting for him to check it out, I just voiced my opinion by saying that’s crazy you have to purchase something. Patrick found it upon his self to go back and forth with me and argue. I guess that’s why he works at a gas station and he won’t get much further with his attitude.

It took 10-15min to fill my tank, the pump was super slow, it cant be my fuel filter going because i just got gas earlier in the day and it was fine i was just topping it off to prepare for the cold weather but i just think its weird that it took so long to fill my tank the only thing i could think of is they may have water in there fuel system that needs to be looked at

Worst customer service experience. Never coming back to this pathetic place. There machines are broken, my card was stuck inside the pump so i went to get an associate to help me out, no body was inside the store so i had to wait for him, i told him about my issue after he showed up, he ignored me and went to replace the garbage bags, i asked him to get my issue fixed cause am late and i got to go, he was mean and rude and told me not to tell him what to do !! No supervisor or manager on site. He refused to get that issue fixed and literally was setting in the parking lot looking at me struggling with getting that car out of the broken machine. Never coming to this gas station again. Worst customer service.
