RUDE front desk lady!! My father passed away last week and I stopped by with my mother. No sympathy whatsoever. Pretty much what do you want attitude. She says well it's gonna take awhile cuz I need to turn on my laptop while chowing on trail mix. So she's at the front information desk with no computer? Zero customers at the bank during this time. We told some friends when we returned home and they said oh we know exactly who you are talking about. She's never friendly. Terrible reputation for a front information desk. Thanks for making a difficult situation even worse. Bright side is she has another bank that is amazing!!

Have always had the best service with this bank. Used to be a treasurer for a local church and had to deal several times with several people at 1st United and had always gotten the best service and all my questions answered. They were always patient waiting for the church council to meet first and get info back to them that they needed!Also use as my personal bank and one of the tellers even knows me by name. She has helped me out several times when needed if I happen to be in her line when inside the bank!If I ever had a question concerning my bank account they have always given me time and answered my questions!Easy to make appointments for their other services!

I feel the need to give a shout out to 1st for their customer service today! Many mortgage questions were answered even tho they didn't get the loan. I know they will continue to be my bank of choice and my first choice going forward for business. Thanks!

I just got off a rude, pathetic phone call with this bank. I was calling about opening a new account, and they requested I drop off a copy of my drivers license with my social security number written on the copy to their drive thru, which is about the dumbest request I have heard. What a rude encounter, and the phone call was rude. Granted we live in a time of fascism led by the banks, but there has to be some banks out there that still treat people with some decency.

They are rude and not friendly over the phone at all.... they shorted me $100 in the drive thru and told me they didnt after I came back and counted my money in front of her, they've hung up on me when trying to access my online acct and are all around a terrible bank. They just dont seem to care.. they need new staff all together

1st United is one of the very last community banks left. Decisions are made at the bank and not in Minneapolis etc. I have been a customer for over 30 years and have been very happy. They financed a home for me when I was new in town when the others wouldn't. Since then I have been very loyal. They have always treated me and my family like family..

Bank does not put any loan information towards your credit. I had done 2 different loans with this bank. I finished paying them off early trying to help my credit score. Just to find out that nothing ever changed or affected my scored.
