They did a great job with having it done on time. The only thing I really disliked. I wish they would have told me that using aftermarket parts meant junkyard parts. I specifically got my car from a rust free state to help keep it that way. Photo on the left is the passenger side that didn’t get damaged, the photo on the right is the side they replaced with the green paint. Also have to call them about my alignment, seems to pull to the driver side after having an alignment done.
UPDATE: After taking the car back on a couple different occasions for alignment issues. It still tends to want to pull to the side of the accident. The alignment is pretty far off with the toe. As you can see with the wear pattern. I’ll definitely be bringing it else where for the alignment.

They did an outstanding job on my Audi. I was rear ended on the drivers side in the cities. Communication was outstanding with the text service and calls about parts being delayed and possible solutions if needed. I even had a small issue afterwards. It was no fault of Abra, but they handled the situation extremely quickly and professionally. I would definitely use their services again, if needed.

I have never been glad to get in an accident but if I am ever to get in another one I hope I can deal with ABRA again. The continuous contact from them updating me of my vehicle’s status, advocating for me to my insurance company, the whole sha-bang. 6stars
