Smells. Rundown and dirty. Not ADA compliant, broken handicap accessible doors. Parking lot and sidewalks are very broken up, pitted and cracked. Some of the places have customers that are extremely rude and entitled, no respect for anyone outside of their culture and treat the women in the building poorly.

Specifically, visit this place for the Three Rivers offices since they can help you with your rent and electricity payments, it all depends on your annual salary and due to the pandemic.

They gave the building exterior a face-lift (grey on grey, not what's in the picture) Now if they fixed the parking lot it would be an even nicer looking place. The interior of the mall is usually clean. Building manager is friendly and often on site. There are vending machines for soda and snacks, and a small group of tables to consume them. Be aware that the hours are M-F 730am to 530pm after which the mall doors are locked.
