As my fiance and I were heading from Janesville to the cities, the serpentine belt broke as we were going through Faribault. We called Glenn’s towing and Alex arrived shortly. He gave us a ride to autozone and helped us find exactly what we needed. He even helped us fix it when we got back!
Alex was very kind and very knowledgeable! He made the best of an unfortunate situation. He was so funny and really eased the frustrations about the situation.

Had a flat tire at Big Woods. Glenn’s came out and helped me out big time. Parker was the tow truck driver and was super friendly and very informative.

Some of these guys are friendly enough, but they helped the police put me in a tough spot and won't do anything in my favor without charging thousands to get my stuff back. - Have already talked with management multiple times and was told to expect a call-back. None came. I don't like negotiating for property that never should have been taken, anyway

On 02/27/24 I used Glenn’s Towing to remove a 2000 lb pallet from a 53’ long tractor trailer. He recommended a place to meet, I was early to the appointed time and so was he. He got right down to business and got the work done in a professional and safe manner. He clearly knew how to operate the tow truck and the truck was clean and in very nice shape. I would not hesitate to use Glenn’s Towing again. Nice folks.

Always my first choice to get my tires set on rims. Very very affordable for anyone. Always friendly service. If you don't want to get out of your vehicle, (the weather isn't your cup of tea cold ?️) and pump fuel, there's someone right there to do it all for you. I have used them in the past for towing. One of their employees yrs ago, went out of his way to do a simple fix, so I wouldn't have to get the tow I called for ??. They do have regular and flatbed towing options. Prices are gonna be around everyone else's (expensive). Don't hate any company hate the game (job). This last winter I was stuck with a no start battery (put several new batteries in). Called to see if they would work with my roadside service through my insurance co. She said no but if I paid them and then brought the receipt to my insurance co., they would probably reimburse me. She was also very friendly and told me some options I could do. Out of 20+ yrs I've used their service over a handful for tires and 2 thumbs up for towing.*All around a great company, awesome employee's. If you're driving by and need fuel, just stop in and judge for yourself*

Zero stars. Quoted 6.6 miles at just under 300 Dollars. Said it was 45 miles. Sorry. You don't get to charge the start point wherever you might be at that point. No thanks you thieves. Zero stars.

Fantastic! I would recommend this towing place to everyone. Nicest person ever! Helped my son out of the cornfield and helped put the spare tire on. Out of 10, I would give them a 20!

On Saturday August 19, 2023 I woke to a right front flat tire. I’ve used Glenn’s before so no hesitation called and they came right away and aired up the tire got me to the garage found the nail and got it plugged. I had three grandson pulling in the antique tractor pull in Kenyon that started at 9 am well thanks to their great work gram got there around 9:30 am. They were glad to see gram was safe and there to watch there accomplishments. The crew at Glenn’s that morning were Angels in my corner. Thanks again to an awesome crew!!!!! Services: Tires
