I have Tuesdays off. Guess which day this place is closed? So I have to find time in between school and work throughout the rest of the week with three small children. I came in bright and early before I had to leave for work as soon as the door was opened Wednesday morning and they already had like 18 people on a list and a 78 minute wait. This is like the third time I've come here and have been expected to wait like an hour and a half just for a cut. It would probably help if they had more than one person cutting. I will be finding a new location outside of Faribault that is staffed for walk-ins. Because apparently everybody in town is on a wait list here.

Terrible customer service and awful stylist that cut my hair!!! Treated me like a criminal and I would NEVER go there again!!! All I said was do not cut my hair on the sides!!! Made me feel awful and mordified. Plus they charged me the whole price!!

Had the worst experience there with stylist and she did not like it when I told her to not cut sides of my hair .She freaked and told me she was going to call cops if I did not leave with my hair only cut half way!!! I asked manager to finish and she did with class but I would never set myself in there ever,ever again!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. After checking in nearly three prior for an opening I arrive at the correct time according to the app and my name is still way down the list. When I ask how long it will be I was given an extremely rude answer by the owner. Will not be returning. PS. The haircuts leaving looked like crap. I'm probably lucky I ducked that bullet.
