Purchased a 2020 Honda Ridgeline through Harry’s browns. And for being my first experience at a dealer it was awesome. When I originally inquired about the vehicle online instead of getting an auto email or text, Riley Tousignant sent me a video walk through of the truck which was extremely helpful and felt very personal to me. And as the drive was about an hour and a half away it made all the difference in my decision to come out there. The team was excellent, quick, and never once did I feel pressured at any point. Riley was an amazing rep and I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is on the fence.

We had a fantastic experience working with Bob and everyone at Harry Brown’s! Bob is always friendly, honest, and willing to find exactly the vehicle I want. Nate, who helped us through the signing process, was also very friendly and helpful. We’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Harry Brown’s over the years and will continue to go back. My sales specialist, Matt Gustafson, was great—relaxed, respectful, and easy to talk to. When I'm making a large purchase, my biggest concern is dealing with a pushy salesperson. Disturbing Experience at HB Car Dealership
I recently had a troubling experience at Harry browns Car Dealership that I feel compelled to share. My visit to this dealership was marred by a noticeable pattern of discriminatory behavior towards minorities and people of color. It was disheartening to witness how certain customers, particularly those from diverse backgrounds, were treated with a lack of respect and transparency.
From the outset, it was clear that the dealership's staff displayed a troubling level of dishonesty. Promises made regarding financing options and vehicle conditions seemed to change when interacting with minority customers. It became evident that the dealership was employing misleading tactics, with some sales representatives providing inconsistent and inaccurate information.
Additionally, there was a stark contrast in the level of service and attention provided to different customers. While some individuals were given extensive explanations and patient assistance, others were hurriedly dismissed or subjected to vague and evasive responses.
This behavior not only undermines trust but also perpetuates a cycle of inequality that affects many in marginalized communities. It’s crucial for businesses to address these issues head-on and commit to fair and equitable treatment for all customers.
I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for HB Car Dealership to reassess their practices and ensure they are providing honest, respectful, and unbiased service to everyone, regardless of their background.

We recently purchased a beautiful 2022 Jeep Unlimited Willys from Harry Browns. Our salesman Matt Gustafson was very helpful and really went the extra mile to make our experience top notch. The finance man Nate Stoeckel made the process smooth and he explained everything in a way that helped us make decisions that worked. We can’t thank everyone enough for all their hard work and professionalism throughout the entire process. Matt was greatly helpful when I came with my vehicle picked out.
After putting money down that night realized the vehicle was too heavy for my application. They refunded me my money, tried to help me find the right vehicle but nothing was suitable.
I appreciate the help, TJ and Matt were great, and I would go here again if I ever needed to.

Bought a truck this past July and wanted to share that I had a great experience here. Truck was priced very well and they were very reasonable with negotiations. There was no high pressure sales or any other BS in the entire transaction. Riley was incredible to work with, easily the best salesman I've ever interacted with. We were able to effortlessly navigate some challenges in the transaction (by no fault of his own) and get the deal to the finish line. In and out in under an hour and a half. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend Riley, would love to do business in the future.
