Zero stars! I paid for a consultation fee on my taxes but then I wasn't allowed to keep my papers that I paid for. Everytime I asked the person a question she would look at me like I was dumb and had a had horrible attitude. I've been coming here for years and every year is more expensive. I don't know how the price to do your taxes is over $200!! Never coming back here! Turbo tax here I come!

Extremely reasonable tax prep fee, I always assumed they were much higher. I walked in with no appointment right in April, cutting it close to the deadline. They had my taxes done within a day. Tim who did my taxes, was the franchisee of this location. He was great. Overall, a great experience and I will return next year

Dwayne was awesome. H&R block charges you a fee to take your money! You will save a lot of money paying before hand.
