This is the best pharmacy I've ever used, for many reasons. Wait time is always reasonable, people behind the counter, both the staff and Pharmacists, are courteous and work to make prescriptions available as soon as possible. I have not encountered any of the issues that I had over the years at other pharmacies.

I find the staff at the inside pharmacy very nice and helpful. At times the drive up is slow, but, some customers don't want to go inside. I can be just as slow inside when it's busy.

First time in the pharmacy at Hy-vee. Delia helped as soon as i walked in and answered any of my questions. Havent had that kind of customer service in a long time in other pharmacies ive used. Will definitely recommend and come back soon. Thanks for a pleasant surprise
