I had been having a really bad day and accidentally bought the wrong gift for my girlfriend. It happens, right? But I haven’t been making ends meet and I just wanted to do something small and nice for her but I managed to screw it up.
Thankfully, your rep Allie was there to help me out. She comforted me and heard me out and gave me the time of day. She really took her time with me and helped process a refund so I could get the correct item. She saved the day! Really appreciate her and all she did for me ? you have a phenomenal employee on your hands who really knows how to deal with customers, even when they screw things up for themselves! (As I do)

Today was the worst experience I've had in a long time. The chinesd food was way over cooked, cold and dry. There was a sign on the glass for the chicken tender meal for 6$ was charged $8.99 and the potatoes were still practically raw and cold as were the carrots. Also the lady working at customer service had been fired recently from a local restaurant for stealing out of the register. And she was extremely rude and gave me dirty looks for no reason
