My husband came to this Kwik Trip early afternoon for snacks. He went to the self checkout but realized his card was not in his wallet. He asked an older gentleman Kwik trip employee to cancel the transaction. The employee made a rude and loud statement that he CANNOT PAY FOR THE SNACKS. Correction, he forgot his card at home and can pay with cash he told the employee. The Kwik trip gentleman proceed to checkout the items when a customer said there is a pending transaction that needs to be cancel. The employee once again made a loud and rude statement that he couldn't pay for this food. That guy over there! After cashing out, my husband had his hand out for the employee to hand the change to him, instead he threw the dollar bills on the counter. Very rude and worst customer service experience. This Kwik Trip needs to retrain that employee or better yet fire him.
