Paul was very rude. I don't think I can go back. Was in and out in under 3 mins. He even went on to social media to be rude about writing this review. Ultimate douche canoe. AS STATED IN THE FARIBAULT DAILY NEWS. Please apply in person. STILL JUST TRYING THIS GUY WOW! . This guy knows when to stop. Cool story bro, tell it again..

I have the honor and privilege to haul equipment out of here from time to time. Not only are they super friendly and professional to work with they have lots of hardware and supplies that I use in my trucking so this is more than just a pickup, it is also a shopping trip.

Customer Service is superb and went beyond my expectations in this place. Judd took great care of me, he made a great effort in trying to find the part I was looking for, even called other dealers trying to find a substitute part. Unfortunately, the part was no longer available, so he directed me to find a used one. Very grateful of this place.

Don’t buy or rent anything with this company. Extremely unprofessional business and rude. Paul especially acted like a child after trying to talk some of our concerning issues out with the equipment we’d rented. Extremely disappointed and will NEVER recommend to any of our partners who commonly rent Ag equipment.
Be careful, they will charge you regardless of what’s fair and hang up the phone. I was recommended to use this company, never again.
****UPDATED 8/19/19- Even though our negative experience holds true, Paul and his team made a conscious effort to turn a negative experience better. With a sincere apology and a full refund for our troubles, I applaud his efforts in coming to light with the situation. I’m optimistic that Matejcek will better serve the Faribault community and learn from this moving forward. Everybody deserves a second chance.Thank you Paul !******
