I called and asked about getting some odd spots removed from the windshield of a 4 year old car I bought. I was immediately told that I needed to replace the windshield.
I called another auto glass shop, and was given some instructions on how to clean the glass.
I was able to make my windshield look much clearer easily.

Update: reply makes sense, except I'd say one should examine to determine the proper solution.

Excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable and incredibly quick! I was in and out within an hour, and Ryan sourced an incredibly difficult piece of glass in less than a day!

Had an appointment at 9:30 for windshield replacement and about 45-50 minutes later he was calling to let me know the job was done already. He did an excellent job and was really easy to work with. I was also quoted the best price here, opposed to other shops in and around Faribault. 10/10 would recommend.

Ryan was absolutely wonderful to work with. He replaced my windshield and did a fantastic job. He’s very kind, efficient, and gave me a great price for the work he did. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I have an auto glass repair need.

Got a chip in my windshield after a truck kicked up some gravel. Stewed on it for a couple hours, but then did some research and found Melero & Sons. So glad I did. Ryan responded right away and was able to get me in quickly to patch it up at a great price. Looks great. Can’t even find where the chip was anymore.

Had an excellent experience getting my windshield replaced here! They were able to work with me even though I wasn't using insurance. Great communication and so kind. They were able to get the windshield in promptly and replaced it and recalibrate the same day they got it in. Can't recommend Melero & Sons enough!!

Ryan is the consummate professional. He is able to be flexible at any time and is the choice you should make for auto glass needs. The big guys don't spend the time or give the effort Ryan does. It's a ridiculously easy choice to work with Melero & Sons.

Awesome experience to work with Melero & Sons. We had a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Willys, they were able to complete the service so fast we went back a second time about 6 months later when a rock hit us again
