Just wanted to put it out there, that I had to deal with Murphys Auto 3 weeks ago and they are AMAZING! They were honest, and upfront , told me what to expect. The repair to my engine ended up being less than I expected. Fixed it and off I went. They only reason it was three weeks is because I left it there till I figured what to do! Kudos 👏

I had my vehicle towed today and Tim was able to get my vehicle towed very quickly and ot was affordable too. The rest of the staff at the shop were friendly and kind to me also. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!

Went in for an alignment yesterday for which they provided no data sheet for. Literally no proof they even did one at that point.. truck still does not drive straight at high speed. So im not sure what was done at all.. i also came up with a damaged hood. Looks like someone caught the hood hinge on the battery and folded it over at the hinge.. We brought it up to them and repeatedly asked for the data sheet to which the said they didnt have one.. they told us to bring photos of the hood. which i have and did.. they then kept saying they have cameras. I asked to provide the video then to prove it. they then said we looked trashy and just wanted a free repair and called the police on us.. Honestly this was only a work truck less then 2500$ and I could have cared less had they handled it better and provided me with the data sheet I requested..I should have been given a refund in my opinion as the alignment is still trash with all new front suspension, new rack and pinion, new wheel bearings, control arms, brakes. Literally everything was replaced. When i brought up the hood damage and they said we look trashy and just wanted a free repair. I was in shock. because we showed up in work clothes to fix a designated work truck. To then call us trashy and treat us like we have no money because we're upset with their work was super unprofessional.. we both work construction mind you my wife literally in her yellow vest and work boots.she also works part time at the local auto parts store in town that literally sells them parts.I definitely would not recommend bringing your vehicles here considering they can't even give u a proper alignment with a printout . You also risk damages to your vehicle and really should take a full video walkaround of your car in the parking lot. To prove it. Their words!! Every shop I have even taken any of my cars too could at least provide a data sheet showing how well it aligned. Shady business and poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle.. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! To add to the story they then went to my wife's work to harrass her ,and tried to get her fired for her bad review. Disgustingly Shameful business tactics.. they also gave her a bad review online via paula kolb which shows obvious bias and intent to harass considering she only has 2 reviews.. 1 praising this business and 1 attacking my girl at her store by name. Add to the fact my wife has never helped this woman and barely works there part time. So clearly they put up fake reviews as well. Further update.. they have continued to harrass her at her place of business we are now having to get a restraining order. this has gone on now for more then a week. this place is so awful.. talk about a bad experience that won't go away..

I absolutely love coming to this shop. The people are so friendly and welcome anyone in. I've brought my car here for all my automotive needs. Everything has been done perfectly and I have never had a problem. I highly recommend coming to this shop, and I will be keeping my business here for my whole lifetime. Thanks to all the workers for your hard work and perfection!

Terrible place of business, complaints were raised with their company over professionalism and work done, they followed up by coming to my mother's job and attempted to get her fired, unfortunately for them she's a great employee and her workplace is happy to have her, I'm sure their behavior constitutes as harassment and defamation.
