It took 20 minutes standing in line behind 2 people to checkout to get 1 item I needed. 2 cashiers on duty but seemed to be leaning on each other for simple help. I think training requirements should be met before leaving unexperienced workers together. Or have the unexperienced have a experienced worker on duty.

I came in this morning needing a valve stem I had bought the wrong size stems yesterday at orilies and never got a receipt but didn't open the package and wanted ti do a simple exchange for stems that costed less but the guy working basically called me a liar and had me upset enough to walk out without taking the stems I bought with me that guy should be fired for how he treats customers. I spend a hundred to 2 hundred dollars a week in this store and will now be shopping at autozone. I suggest everyone else do the same. The guy recognized me and still gave me a hard time I was on a peddle bike because I have a flat tire at home and had to peddle farther to pay for the same thing again somewhere else. Save your time don't shop here
