WARRNING DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM THEM! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. We bought a car from them 1 month ago today. The sales person Charlie was and has been great but the customer service is worse than terrible. 1.week after buying the car the struts went out on both sides. We took.it to our Ford shop and luckily we bought the extended warranty because we found out that the car had a main rear seal leak, and the transmission plug was bad and fluids were leaking where they shouldn't. It has now been a month and we still have not received the title because come to find out they didn't have the title when they sold it to us, so now I will have late fees to tax title and license the car. On top of that our shop replaced the struts today and found a Crack in the drivers side front rim. When I called the dealership I was told that is what I get for buying a used car, if I wanted a new car I should have bought a new car and they would not be paying for the new rim or the fines I will be receiving once I do receive the title. Sorry I am not buying my 18 year old son a new car. The customer service is horrible, non existent. We are a ford family and have bought more used vehicles than I can count from other dealerships and have never and I will repeat NEVER had poor service in fact the customer service we have received from Molstead Motors Ford, Dewey Ford, Woodhouse Ford, Mason City Ford, and Bill Colwell Ford were excellent. These dealerships will continue to get our business but we will never buy another vehicle or refer people to Bliss Ford in Fairbault MN again!

I had a great experience ordering a new vehicle through RC Bliss. Everyone that I've worked or spoke with has been pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. If I order a new Ford in the future I will be working with these folks.
