River Bend Nature Center is a beautiful park featuring 10 miles of trails that offer a variety of topography, making it perfect for biking, hiking, walking, and running. Visitors can explore beyond the main trails near the Interpretive Center to find hidden beauty and enjoy a peaceful experience in nature. The park is dog-friendly, with pets recommended to be leashed, and there are plenty of picnic benches and resting spots throughout the area. It is a safe and kid-friendly environment, often frequented by deer and filled with abundant wildflowers, making it a hidden gem comparable to many state parks. Restroom facilities include portable toilets outside and one inside the building, ensuring convenience for all visitors.

Nice park, but didn’t make it back to any falls.
My rating is only on handicap accessibility so others know that it will be difficult or impossible to navigate with a wheelchair or stroller on some trails. The trails had many logs to lift over, loose rocks and large embedded rocks in the path, and then stairs.
