You know how in the wintertime your tires sag and loose air?
I had a hard time finding a gas station with a working air compressor, both the Holiday and Kwik Trip in town had those stupid "air kiosks" that are useless in every state except Florida. This place has the only actual air compressor tucked away *inside* so it actually works.
Five Stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rude. I called asking how much it would be for them to put on my tires so I was put on hold by the nice guy, and then this other guy picked up the phone and said hello, so I said hello and he goes “ you have to say more words than that” and hung up on me. Couldn’t even get a sentence out. Won’t be a first time customer

There is a difference in car wash packages on the sign vs what comes up for options on the screen menu. Went with the $9 wash because of under wash. There is NO under wash!! There is a wheel wash, but there is NO sprayers that come up from the bottom to spray the undercarriage. That is an under was to me. All very misleading.

Stopped this morning to ger a soda from the pio machine. Pur in my 1.50. Hit Pepsi - sold out, hit dr pepper - sold out, hit water - sold out. Hit the return change button multiple times - nothing happens. What a rip off.

If you are near Farmington (or even if not) and need car repair bring it here. Mike, Quinn and the guys in the shop are always willing to help. The staff inside are great too. Small town shop always there to help. Thanks guys!

Had my tires mounted and balanced. Mike did an excellent job! Got me in right away and it was done in the amount of time he estimated. Affordable prices and friendly service. The gals in the store were very friendly and helpful.

I've had great experiences at Impact. They did a great job explaining why some parts were failing before expected based off miles. I trust them and I'm confident they do good work.

Brought my vehicle here after receiving an alarmingly high quote from a different repair shop. I provided an itemized list of repairs from the other shop for them to go off of. Not only did they have better pricing (significantly better) but they let me know that about half of the list wasn't even repairs that needed to be done. Very very happy with my experience here. They definitely gained a returning customer.

Wasted my time. Made an appointment through them through my fleet account. Refused service and owner tells me he doesn't work with them or deal with them. Yet his shop is on their website. When I gave him the name of his fellow mechanic who made the appointment with the fleet account then backtracks and claims he told the fleet account they wouldn't accept the appointment. Riiiight. Liars. Worst part was the rudeness from the owner and no apology.
