Dropped in to a Saturday morning partner workout. SO much fun- completely kicked my butt! Members were super welcoming and the coach was encouraging and helpful. Fantastic gym!

This club has excellent trainers and is always clean. Equipment is always updated and available for me to use. I would choose this gym over any of the large ones because it has what I need and is easy to get in, do a workout and get out.

I absolutely love this place and my daughter needs to be an ambassador for them she tells everyone about them. I always feel like I am on a resort.
