One of the few good things about this CVS is the convenience, I have not had the best experience with the workers and if you call you will be on hold forever .

Waiting on the phone leaves something to be desired, but as someone who works in the service industry, please give these guys a break. When picking up any meds, this cvs has some of the most friendly and helpful employees I’ve encountered at almost any pharmacy. This pharmacy really doesn’t deserve as bad of a wrap as it’s gotten recently.

They're normally out of things you need. Allergy medication, high blood pressure medicine..... you know.... stuff that is really rare. So your medications are backordered and you won't have them for days. Walgreens is terrible too so at this point you have to pick the lesser of two evils.

1 hour 13 min WAIT ON HOLD ( doesn’t tell you where you are in the Que) after trying to use the automated system ( which does not give all the info one needs… only the price! Doesn’t say: was this processed through ins? What is the pill count for this price? Milligrams?WHILE on this long hold I DROVE to the store and their was NOBODY IN LINE!!!!!!! ?? Then to find out no, it wasn’t put through my insurance YET I made a special trip there a week earlier to request that everything go through my insurance and the lead pharmacist himself said he fixed the issue! ???

Terrible!!! After getting through their phone system you sit on hold for well over half an hour without Ever getting to talk with a live person (screen shots to prove it). And who wants to constantly hear that stupid music and repeated vaccines info?!?! Day after Day! In store, you need to stand there forever and may not get helped either. Sit in the drive-thru to request a refill? How dumb!Other people are in the drive-thru to actually get their meds. Going to CVS Farmington is as bad as being in the waiting room of an ER. Not all meds can be renewed via the app. I have the app. You talk to a person at the front of the store and they tell you they're busy. Duh! CVS, Make CHANGES!!!

Sat on hold for over an hr. And still no answer from the pharmacy. I understand understaffed. But we at least acknowledged phone calls and asked them to hold. I never even got a person for over an hr.

Great for quick stop for OTC medicine. Horrible drive thru pharmacy experience. So slow. Go inside, it's way faster

CVS is GREAT...there at LEAST once a week...love the coupons...pharmacy is AWESOME...cashiers and help I need is THE BEST...so glad they are here for me..THANK YOU!!!

The pharmacy "supervisor" is extremely unprofessional and rude. He needs customer service training, lacks people skills and does not follow privacy rules. He said he is the pharmacy manager and no one is above him. He should learn how to talk to people and about their medications with respect and privacy.

Yesterday I Could not get through on the phone. Today I drove down in person And stood there for several minutes waiting for the pharmacist to get off the phone, only to have the pharmacy tell me he could not help me because he was going to lunch. I was the only customer there and simply had a quick question. I simply wanted to know why they gave me a 6 day supply of my meds instead of 90, and was only going to ask them to correct that and I would come back later to pick it up. Would have taken 2 minutes. On several occasions I have tried to call them only to have them not answer the phone. On several occasions I have stopped in there only to find out they're at lunch. And I don't know if I've ever paid the same price twice for my prescriptions. But they really got under my skin today when I was the only one there and they said they couldn't help me because he was going to launch. Had I done that at any of my jobs I would have been fired on the spot.

I just have to give a shout out to the new Pharmacy Tech at the drive up window! I was ready to switch pharmacies because it was always a slow painful experience. The past two visits there has-been a new tech that is On Top of everything! I can't thank you enough for this change. They are quick and efficient but friendly as well. Kudos to your new hire!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible pharmacy, never have the meds in stock, rude and unhelpful staff.
