I always thought it was odd that the city sells liquor, profits and gives DWI's.
The manager at the Pilot Knob store is very nice and easy going.”

“A small-town store that has a big vibe and is well worth the stop and place to get everything you need. Only has a couple of fuel pumps, parking is easy. Though the entrance is a little weird, as it's in the turn lane, it's very easy to miss in the dark.
Overall, the staff there is friendly and get people in and out very quick.
The pizza is very good there as well. I had the breakfast pizza and wish I would have gotten more instead of just one.”

“I stopped here today in search of what has turned out to be a relatively obscure dessert liqueur. Mark went above and beyond trying to help me out. They don't carry what I was looking for, but he offered to do some research and see if he could find it and order it for me. He also suggested a couple other places I could check for it. He was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.”

“This is the best bottle shop in the Rsmt area. Widest selection of beer, wine, and spirits. They recently updated, reorganized and added more craft beer (within the last 2 years). Do they have EVERYTHING? No. But they have a surprising selection of hard-ish to find bottles and some of the best local flavors without having too many IPAs that go out of date too quickly.
What could make this place better? Staff. They're not "bad" in my experience but they are "older" and there just aren't enough people working here when they're busy. If Cub had one more person helping customers during peak hours, this would be a great little store.
Bottom line: If you haven't been here in a few years, give them another try.”
