I was about to use this bank for a new mortgage but after I was most of the way set up the loan manager cancelled the application. I had been told they were a friendlier bank and cared about new customers. Clearly not the case. Stay away

Nothing but problems since they become Old National. Anchor was top notch….to bad they were swallowed up by a big company that doesn’t care.

If I could give them negative stars I would. The mobile app does not work. They charge fee upon fee. The website is hard to read your balance and what's coming in and going out. They can't even read it, they have to print off another page from their system in order for them to read it. If you deposit a check that money is not available for two days. There is nothing good about this bank I miss Anchor bank.

I cannot tell you enough how you should leave or not use this bank. Because we challenged them on their policies and because we sought information about how their banking policies work they closed our account. Without notice and without reason other than "we were bothersome, too much work, and people spent too much time on our concerns." I have the letter from Rhonda M to prove it. After discussing a resolution about the 5 closed accounts (kids accounts were involved too) there seemed to be a compromise between the two parties and opening up a sole account to be used and kept open the higher ups decided to once again close the account without reason. Or communication other than a letter. I spent an our on the phone with their COO and felt as though we came to a conclusion. But hey being the small in the large scheme of old national bank as a customer i don't mean s**** I have the letters voicemails and correspondences to show just how dishonest they are. Kris H don't respond. It's disingenuous to reply on here when it's just a customer service ploy to act as though you're going to solve the solution when you won't.

Do not bank with Old National! This used to be a great bank when it was Anchor Bank, since changing to Old National it's been awful! They are in business to make money off their customers any way possible!! They will not negotiate and do not care about retaining customers. Unless you have lots of money to throw away, do not bank here!!!!

Really unfortunate, another great business swallowed up by a larger corporate who's only interest is making profits. The only reason I haven't pulled my business after over 30 years is they reversed all the new service fees they heaped on me after I complained. I may still pull it, time will tell. I have heard nothing good from former staff who either left or were asked to leave because of staff cutbacks---some current staff are not all that happy either, that says a lot about the change

I've had a business account with Old National/Anchor Bank for over 5 years now. Their customer service has been exceptional and I love how the leadership of the bank makes an effort to give back to the community. I highly recommend working with them because you're not just a number, they know you and really care!

Stay far far away from this bank. They will rip you off, delay your deposits so they can charge you huge fees in overdrafts even when you've deposited a check on time. They used to be good when they were Anchor Bank but they are no longer the home town bank. Guess they have to pay for the new ATM machines somehow. There are 3 people that had accounts at this branch, we will be closing our accounts and going to Roundbank, where they value their customer and don't rip them off. I'd give it zero stars if it would let me but unfortunately, I have to give it one.

This was a great bank when Anchor owned it. I was with Anchor for 20 years. Since selling out to OLD national its been a disaster. First the screwed up sending out the new cards , then changed all of the things about Anchor Bank that made it special. So now they operate like Wells Fargo. As we all know bankers are generally crooks, but Wells Fargo actually got busted for it. I hope OLD national does too. Horrible Bank. Not worth 1 Star!

Love that they shut my debit card off with no notice and when you call the 800 number you can’t get to a human to find out what is going on

Although the staff are always incredibly friendly, the features of the bank in general are horrible. I've had to replace my debit card twice in the past five years, and the fact that they don't provide a temporary ATM card (like every other bank) while you wait 2-3 weeks for your card replacement is incredibly inconvenient. The second time I waited 3 weeks for my replacement and when I brought it up no one had even placed the order, though they apologized profusely and had it made and delivered the NEXT DAY. Which was awesome except why does it take three weeks if you can do it in a day? Is there a happy middle ground we could find? Their debit cards also, for some reason, don't work at many vendors regardless of the funds in my account and I have to carry my more reliable Discover card for when the machines won't accept the card.

Even though I live 5 hours away, I still use my hometown Anchor Bank because of the tremendous service I have received over the years.
