Tim and the team at Supreme Storage deserve 10 stars!! Tim has been awesome to work with - professional, exceptional to work with outstanding communication! The facility is also a 10 star - secure, clean and well laid out. This is not a typical storage facility - it has been a great experience in every aspect!!!!!

I have placed a review here before but I just wanted to share a quick story about why this company is the best and you should do business with them. Recently we had our RV in to get new tires. Tim discovered that our brakes only had 15% left and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer of the RV had placed a very difficult to source type of brake pad that companies did not produce. Tim and Marty spent their off hours searching for this type of brake pad, found it and had it sent overnight to their office to make sure that my wife and I could have our camper ready for the Memorial Day weekend. This level of service is unheard of today and it means so much to my wife and I that Tim, Marty and his staff do everything they can to make the customer happy. I will always take our RV business to Supreme Storage and I hope that this review influences at least one other person to do the same because I promise you will not regret it!

They were amazing used them for the winter season since we can’t park on the street! Out of the 6 months my trailer was only blocked by snow twice and they had some one out the same day to get the snow moved 10/10 would recommend and definitely using them next season if spots are available (pic of one of the times when the snow was so high they fixed it same day when i came to grab it no one can control the weather but they sure did a good job managing it)

Customers BEWARE!
Save yourself the headache and find a competent shop.
-Misdiagnosed the problem twice
-Significantly overpriced compared to competitors. Costing me a total of $4200 to resolve an $1800 problem.
-Communication has been difficult at best.
Due to significant inner tire wear, I had an axel and tire replaced at the cost of 2500$. At the start of this season, I noticed the same tire wear that was supposed to be repaired by the new axel. When I was finally able to connect with Tim, they inspected it again for free. They were unable to find any new problems and noted necessity for proper loading and tire pressure in the future.
I replaced the tires and by the end of the season I was continuing to see the same wear pattern on the same tire as my original problem. I took it to another shop because Supreme RV was not returning my calls at this point.
Hilltop diagnosed the problem as FLATTENED LEAF springs and loss of camber on the new axel Supreme RV installed. They noted, when they replace axels they replace the whole assembly including the springs, hub, bearings and breaks. Total cost of 1800$, 700$ cheaper than the axel alone at Supreme RV. Supreme RV only replaced the axel which is now wrecked due to being misdiagnosed twice. In the end, I will be replacing the axel for a second time. Icing on the cake, the tires that Supreme RV recommended are junk per the new shop, so I'll likely be purchasing a new set of tire sooner than expected.
Supreme RV has not returned my calls and had previously stated it is out of warranty and there is nothing they can do. However, their misdiagnosis twice, has cost me significantly to actually solve the problem.
I wanted to support small business by bringing my camper here for service, but this instance proved a costly mistake.

I had a much different experience. Made appointment to contract for storage. Called in a few hours before to discus that I would like to Have The RV I recently purchased serviced/ winterized and put on new tires.
Before I completed my sentence; Tim cut me off assuming I was canceling an gave a lecture on how he only sees people by appointment. WE all have a bad day but if they are that rude on initial contact I,m not about to see how I would be treated after signing a contract .

The facility is always clean and very secure. They are very easy to work with and have repair facility on site. Tim is very responsive and helpful and always gets back to us in a timely manner.

Had a top notch customer service experience here with my camper. Needed wheel bearings greased, brakes & battery checked & awning motor diagnosed & ultimately replaced. Tim was responsive, friendly & provided updates every step of the way. Spence has a deep well of knowledge and was willing to share with us. He even offered much appreciated insight into some of the inner workings of our camper. We got an appointment quickly & turn-around time within a week. Thank you!

We have a big trip coming up and wanted the brakes looked at our camper. This is our 2nd season with our 2018 Jayco. Due to the age and no service history on the camper we knew we needed it checked out. I had some recommendations for places to go for service, but I remembered seeing a truck with a traveler from Supreme Storage so I looked them up. Within an hour of submitting a form on their website I got a call from Tim. He was able to get me in before our trip. Dropped on a Monday was due to have it back on Wednesday. (In my mind perfect timing) Tim kept me posted on the service every step of the way. To my surprise the job was done by Tues instead.
Hands down quality service. Can't thank them enough! Definitely will reach out to them again with my rv service needs
